Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to love your Hearth & Bloom purchase. If you don’t, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
✓ Item must be unused, in original condition (with tags and packaging)
✓ Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required
How to initiate a return:
Submit a request via our Contact Form with:
- Your order number
- Product details & reason for return
- Photos if applicable (e.g., for damaged items)
We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items?
Found an issue? Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) via:

Include: - Order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- Preferred resolution (refund/replacement)
Non-Returnable Items
For everyone’s safety and fairness, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom/made-to-order furniture
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Assembled or used products
- Gift cards
Refund Process
- Approved returns: Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3–10 business days).
Exchanges
Prefer a different item? Return the original first, then place a new order once your refund is processed.
